SEAMS skill development batting circuits
Our skill development batting circuits provide you with a range of drills aimed at improving various aspects of your batting. They range from improving balance and alignment, to developing more momentum through the ball, and are designed so that they can be flexed to suit the performer’s experience, or multiplied to accommodate larger numbers.
These drill's can be done in isolation, in groups or as part of your training programmes both in the summer and winter, and support all performers from girls and boys to adults. They provide batters with the opportunity to constantly develop the skill so that when it is subjected to increased pressure either in a live net or during a match, it is robust and instinctive.
