Meet the Coaches
AJ is a former English first-class cricketer. A right-arm medium-pace bowler and a right-handed batsman, Harris made more than 120 appearances, taking over 400 wickets at an average of just over 3. Following his retirement from first class cricket, AJ worked at Derbyshire CCC initially as a bowling coach, then as 2nd XI Coach before becoming Academy Director. He left Derbyshire CCC in November 2016 to establish SEAMS Cricket Coaching Academy with the passion to develop cricketers and coaches of all age and abilities. With the mission being to maximise potential and enhance performance whether it be to play for the local club or to play at the highest level.

Natasha “Tash” Allen
ECB LEVEL 2 COACH, DERBYSHIRE WOMEN’S 1ST XI OPENING BATTER
Natasha has been an ECB level 2 coach and has experience coaching players from All Stars to men’s club cricketers, as well as county age group players.
She has been playing county cricket since the age of 13 starting at Nottinghamshire, where she progressed into the women’s 1st XI at the age of 16. Since 2018 she has played at Derbyshire as the women’s 1st XI opening batter, specialising in T20 and one day cricket.
